Bad, Bad, Bad. Shop elsewhere. Unethical, rude, and nobody there seems to know what they are doing. Installation is poor, follow up is worse, and accountability for their errors is non-existent.\r\nTake your money and run.... there are plenty of other outfits for window coverings who are not about to take your money and give you a terrbile experience and product to boot.

Worst Customer Service Experience of my Life!! If I can save anyone who might be considering Wessco for their window covering needs the grief, frustration and extreme dissapointment that I have experienced in dealing with them than it was worth posting this review. Avoid! Customer service is a joke. They take forever to get back to you, and unless they are going for the sale, they aren't really interested in what you have to ask or say. They won't offer useful advice, and they won't help you with potential issues. Plenty of other options out there, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. Pros + They have blinds Cons - customer service

So bad Owner needs to take some business etiquette and/or social awareness classes. Her employees need to figure out what it means to follow through, and follow up. This place is seriously a disaster from top to bottom. Look elsewhere. Cons - Ridiculously rude and unhelpful

Unsatisfactory repair process Look elsewhere for blind repair. There are places in town that can do it in-house for a few dollars.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Wessco. I took a blind in for repair, and I was told it would take a couple of weeks and cost $55. Two weeks later, I was told it will be three more weeks. Something about it having to be 'rebuilt', the meaning of which I would not fully appreciate until I'd paid and taken the blind home. The top 'header' portion now has different dimensions than the other...

GO ELSEWHERE!!! UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES In a dispute over poor quality, damaged window dressings for over $1000. They delivered damaged goods, refuse to fix them, and called me unreasonable. I still do not have the window dressings I ordered 4 months ago, but yet they have my money and refuse to either give me the product I ordered or my money back. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service This outfit sold us blinds that were poor quality for the price, the installation was really badly done and when I called to get resolution the owner shouted at me that ""she knew customers like me and would not do anything to make amends"". Bad service, Bad shop - not recommended go elsewhere Pros + Go somewhere else Cons - Bad service, Rude owner, Low quality
