a quality place and products My next door neighbor had some wooden Hunter douglas blinds put in by Wessco Blinds and was very satisfied. When I needed something to keep the am light out of the bedroom I called them. The co rep came and measured the windows and the installation was done very nicely. The price was very low comparied to ads I saw in the newspapers Pros + Quality personal, very efficent, did what was promised
Wonderful Service I recently decided to update the decor of my home and I didn't know where to start. A friend recommended me to Wessco. She said that they were extemely helpful to her when she remodeled her home. I found the service to be wonderful, they did a free in home consultation as well as offered wonderful decorating tips. The products that they sold where of the highest quality! Would recommend to anyone!

I had a pleasant experience a few years ago I bought some room-darkening blinds from Wessco a few years ago. They sent someone out to my house to measure my windows for free, and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When the blinds for one window were cut a quarter inch too wide, Wessco was more than happy to re-cut them for me. The blinds have held up wonderfully and I remember the price being fair for a small business.
A good place for window treatments Unlike some, Wessco Blinds has been around long enough so that your livetime warranty really means something. They have a huge selection of Hunter Douglas and other window treatments and will stand behind them with great customer service. Prices are very competitive too.\n\nPROS: Long established with good customer service\nCONS: Location is a bit difficult to park at.
Started out as a good experience, but didn't last.Blinds were not installed properly - and owners and staff at Wessco would not make it right. Once they had the money - we were no longer...
Unsatisfactory repair process Look elsewhere for blind repair. My repair was slow, expensive, and unsatisfactory. There are places in town (or Bellevue) that can do it in-house for a few dollars. Pros + N/A Cons - No in-house repair.
Read this before considering Wessco I really wished that I had taken the time to read reviews on this company before giving them my money. Others are right; they are inconsiderate, rude, unorganized and don't call you back within reasonable timelines. Take your business elsewhere.
