Great all-around experience! The Wessco team was wonderful - super responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. Consultation was easy - they came to our house, we explained what we were interested in, and why, and Wessco gave us many options as well as recommending what we ended up getting, Hunter Douglas blackout top-down/bottom-up for our bedroom. We replaced all of our upstairs blinds this Spring, and the satisfaction we are getting from the blinds that Wessco helped us select exceed all the other aspects of our upstairs updating (refinished floors and paint).
Wessco Blinds provided a great customer service experience. I didn't know that there were so many options to choose from? Lance listened to what our needs were and came up with a game plan. We ordered a variety of different blinds throughout the house. My favorite choice was the Hunter Douglas blackout top down blinds for the bedrooms. This has literally let me sleep in longer. I strongly recommend Wessco Blinds.
