I couldn't have been more disappointed in the product. The people I dealt with were professional and quick in returning my calls, getting my measurements, and installing my blackout shades. Unfortunately light pours in on three of the four sides of each windows even though I got blinds that were two inches bigger than the windows so that this would not happen. I spent over $800 (for two blinds) and I feel that I have almost as much light pouring in as I had with my previous blinds that were set inside the window frames.
