I purchased a set of beautiful blinds from Stamper's several years ago, and when a mechanism failed on one, they worked with the manufacturer to get me a fresh set, all covered under warranty. Oh I really liked that I always got to speak with Kim when I had a question and that the same gentleman that came out to install also came back when I needed to troubleshoot the remote. And, the blinds are better than perfect!!!
