Epperson plumbing cleaned my sewage line, did not clear it. Said the line would have to be dug up. Had another plumbing Co. come out. They cleaned the trap and the line drains again. Epperson then sent me a bill for misdiagnosing the problem and not fixing it. I called and complained, paid the other company for their service, but will not pay Epperson for their ignorance. Told Epperson they are wrong in billing customers when such happens. 😡

We do everything possible to be fair with our customers, just like we took care of your billing issue.
This company is a joke..heat advisories ignored ..ridiculous wait times ..subpar work..we have been waiting 4 days now for someone to show up
