I wouldn’t recommend this company at all my neighbor is 91 his heat pump went out Christmas Eve they didn’t offer no heater or nothing. It’s sad 😞 you spend big money and nothing done.
They don’t have emergency service and my man is 91 years old he is sick with bronchitis no one to answer this is bs they was out here few days ago this company is false advertising nobody answering
One of the worst customer service experiences ever! We called for an appointment on Monday. They gave us a date for Friday. Told us that it would be some time on Friday and they would call on their way. We finally called at 4:15 to see when someone would be here. I just paid $210 for something a smoking heat pump. He could have walked us through it over the phone. He drove from Berea to Somerset. I don’t get paid to drive to work. I would have paid for an hour. The price is outrageous. This business is based in Somerset. I’ll never use them again.
