I would like to thank Epperson heating and air I tried calling Rosie heating and air in Monticello for two months all they did was take my calls never called me back and never showed up I called Epperson two days later they were here and took care of both of my problems I recommend them highly they were professional Nate took care of the job and did it well

I can't say enough good things about Epperson. Three times in the past year, I have had after hours/weekend plumbing emergencies and all three times Nathan and his team came in a moments notice and solved my problems. They were on time, did a fantastic job. We feel they went above and beyond our expectations.
The only place that was open after 5 and I’m so thankful! They came right away and worked outside through a torrential downpour to fix our problem.

Our thermostat stopped working and left us with no heat, I called every heating and air company possible and none of them seemed concerned to be off any help, all they would tell me is I can get to you tomorrow, unfortunately tomorrow is not good enough when you have a young child and it’s going to be very cold.
