Karl is the absolute BEST around! He has helped us put plantation shutters throughout our home as well as some "cellular honeycomb" type shades in our kitchen area over the last 8-10 years. He ALWAYS makes it right and we have been 110% satisfied with their work. When we need help with our window treatments we will always use the Blind and Shutter Guys. He is a local Southlake Dragon guy and it feels great to use local people!

These two guys are "the best" blind and shutter company! They are the best at communication, follow up and efficiency. They will call you back and answer their calls no matter what time of the day or night you call them. I will never use anyone else for my windows and doors, but them. Carl has serviced the previous owner's pirouette shades and the motorized shades. People compliment us on the beauty of the shades. We like the look and the amount of light that we can control. The plantation shutters were custom made and painted the color that we chose : 2 large rooms! Gorgeous. No warping or peeling. Highly recommend.
Karl was so incredibly kind. I thought I had a terrible problem with my plantation shutters. Turns out, they only needed minor adjusting and Karl took the time to show me how to fix my shutters. I will absolutely recommend Blind and Shutter Guys and use them in the future should I have any shutter needs!
