We have had two recent experiences with the Blind Guys. One was the purchase of new blinds for new patio doors. The other was replacement of a defective blind in our office. All of our interactions with them have been professional and pleasant. They are very responsive and Hunter Douglas really stands by their products. We wouldn’t use anyone else for our window covering needs.

The initial consultation was professional and candid. The blinds are great. The installation did not go very smoothly. One set was trimmed too short and two lightlocks were not with them. They came back the next day to do the rest of the install. Some of the drywall was lightly damaged. There was a bunch of mess on the ground from the install and did not clean it up. Handprints were left on some of the windows.
