Unprofessional and total waste of time! The salesperson showed up 20 minutes late and acted like it was no big deal when he finally arrived. I presented our project and what we were thinking. We were very flexible as far as price and product because we just didn't know yet how to tackle our project. Any other salesperson (including one of their main competitors) would take that opportunity to present a number of different options and different price points and really lead the sale (usually to a higher profit for the company)... read more
