Superlative product, superlative service We've been in our home six years now. When we first moved in, we got vertical and honeycomb blinds from Elden. Later, we purchased draperies for all of the first floor. Just this month, we added sheers to the windows and doorway. Elden Draperies - A Busineww with a Heart I am the Executive Director of Open Door Ministry, and I want to say a huge thank you to Gary Grubb and Elden Draperies. The have installed draperies at our four locations and donated their time and material. Businesses like this need more publicity. Personally, my wife and I had them install all the blinds at our house. We couldn't be happier, and we passed the info to our neighbors as well.

Editorial review from Citysearch Products are ok, the owner is great but his wife has the worst customer service skills ever. She is rude and insulting. When the string used to raise and lower my blinds broke, she blamed me for it and referred back to when it was installed years ago. I will never go back. Unless you understand the principle of the customer is always right, you should get out of the business. Get blinds and drapes elsewhere and put them in yourself.
