My AC went out during the June 2025 heat wave with 100+ degree temperatures. Following a personal recommendation, I called Climate Solutions and they had a technician here in less than 24 hours. Tyler showed up on time and had me going within about a half-hour. He was very polite and helpful and gave me some good suggestions. And I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Climate Solutions highly enough. Thank you.
It is cold, wet, and windy outside today but I am sitting inside my cozy house home thanks to Josh at Climate solutions going above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I created myself by trying to install a new thermostat I received for Christmas. Once again this company amazed me. My new system I purchased from them a few months ago, now had to go in the heating mode. Friday I turned on the heat just to get the chill out of the house, when I had a little concern. I turned off the unit and called the company. I was expecting them to say we will be there in a week or so. To my surprise they came with in a few hours.
