RecommendedFrank Seals is the man. The best HVAC technician that have ever serviced my home. Good honest hard working man that gets the job done. He went out of his way to make sure my family heat was working before the big cold front coming next week.
So I was new to RVA, just purchased a new home here. The house is great 1600 sq feet but it had a lot of issues! To say the least. The upstairs was 98 degrees the first day I came in. It has vaulted ceilings and very little space for the ducks for a HVAC system. Our home was under contract and the day the inspector came out the furnace quit. What luck- NOT! I got two quotes. The first guy told me we needed more intake vents and not to use the system until it was fixed. Josh was the second quote. We have been having issues with our heat pump since we bought our house a year ago. We were referred to Climate Solutions through our home warranty company. They did a great job. Wayne came and fixed the pump, and then came back the next day and fixed another problem so that we wouldn’t have a cold house with an 8month old baby. Josh and his crew were phenomenal, I sent a message and within an hour Josh replied, next morning came by and 2 days later my unit was installed, WOW! His crew never took a lunch worked all day, great guys ! Just a great Company , hard to find honest, team players anymore ! I totally recommend this team 💯!!
Great experience. After snowstorm last night heat went out. called Josh at 10am and problem was fixed by 3pm the same afternoon. Great service and technicians were very friendly
