I have to say I’m sadly disappointed. Blind Ambitions came out and measured for some custom blinds. These blinds were ordered and paid for in full. Having just gone through a divorce it was months before I had someone to help me hang these up. When we went to hang up the blinds they were apparently 20 inches too short. Three blinds total were the wrong size. I have called several times and spoke to Dena and she assured me she would get back with me. Zero-star rating for non-existent customer service. This is my first non-five-star review of any company. I purchased a $1,300 HunterDouglas window treatment which was delivered with a mechanism defect. Absolutely could not get the owner to return a phone call (couldn't get past the receptionist) or help with initiating factory warranty service, as HD requires.
