Bought some poweview shutters through another dealer. One failed after 2 years. Hunter Douglas had me contact Blind Ambitions. The shutter was under warranty and Blind Ambitions worked with HD on my replacement. It fit perfectly and was very easy to install. No tools needed.
They came when they said they would. The installer was very curious and quick. We love these blinds. Wish we had done this sooner!! I can't say that about too many other companies. We have to take off work to have anything done in our home so being here when they said they would was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much.
The consultant was prompt and easy to work with. The product arrived exactly as ordered and the gentleman installing the blind was very efficient and courteous.
