The Blind Alley is a locally-owned, family-operated Custom Window Coverings retailer. We specialize in Custom Window Coverings including blinds, shades and Roman shades. We are also the only Hunter Douglas Gallery on the Eastside and feature the complete Hunter Douglas product line in our Showroom. Come visit us to see the latest innovations and designs for your window covering needs. We opened our shop in Bellevue in April 1984 and we have been in the window coverings industry in Bellevue since 1967.

Patronizing sales manager We met with the sales manager, Claudia Evers. She was extremely patronizing towards us and pretty unhelpful. She wasn't willing to wait even a few minutes beyond the 5pm closing time to help us. Consequently, we took our business somewhere elsewhere. Definitely avoid this store.
