These guys are awesome. They fixed one blind in a few days, perfectly. They fixed another while I waited. They had old parts to make it work, while other places in the area have to send the blinds back to the factory, and you get them back with new parts (which won't match your other blinds). I learned this the hard way, but Blind Alley was able to fix the problem caused by the other shop.
