Working with Gianna was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed that she did her homework ahead of time, so that when we met to view the first house I wanted to see, she had other options for me to look at as well. Out of all the people we considered to work with for the purchase of our first home in San Luis Obispo, Michael ranked the highest. Michael was great to work with. Since I live out of state we did all work by email and phone discussions. Michael was able to discuss all offers and counter offers timely and with good input.
