Want to recommend Max Hugo Interior Design for all the help Samantha offered me on a warranty issue. She truly went above and beyond to assist in a situation where their company was not going to gain a sale or service fee. I have used Sew Fine II on several projects and have not been disappointed. The final product looks great, installation was efficient and the staff is always conscious of COVID safety (socially distanced, wore masks and allowed me to open and close the doors to minimize contamination). Highly recommend Lori and her team.

Lori Paschall was awesome to work with and helped us figure out the best options for our window treatments. She was super-knowledgeable of the full Hunter Douglas product line, and was very patient with us in picking out the colors and fabrics for each room. The turnaround time on the order was faster than expected, and the installation was painless (and professional). I had high expectations for Sew Fine II going into this project and they blew those expectations out of the water! I would recommend Lori and the rest of the staff at SFII for all of your home window decorating needs
