Very professional service. A mistake was made on our order and Larry handled it right away by giving us the option of a very fair discount or waiting for the order to be corrected. We chose the discount and are very happy with the product. Highly recommend.

They did a good job when my blind broke they did replace it Larry did get abrupt n Arrogant at one point but he did call n apologize a few days later n fixed the problem
We had a problem with a shade and was replaced free of charge and in a timely manner
We worked with Larry twice over the last year and they sold and installed Silhouette window treatments by Hunter Douglas. They were installed throughout our home. Larry came to our home and showed us different styles but we really liked the Silhouette's. His team came and installed them for us and did a great job. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Larry's Design Center.
