I first chose something inappropriate for my door wall that did not work for us and they came and took it down and let us chose something much more to my liking and there was no hesitation nor fuss about doing that for us. Very relieved and very happy with the exchange that is very lovely and appropriate now.

A rather expensive property I manage just west of Ann Arbor is on sale and had an open house planned for the Memorial Day weekend. One of its Hunter Douglas blinds became somehow unstrung when a realtor tugged on it and was in no shape for an open house. I took it down to have a look at it and although I pride myself on being able to learn how to fix anything in a hurry, blinds like these hadn't come up before and having enough else to do I called around 5 different shops in A2 and Ypsi to see who might be able to help.
