Back in 2012, I order Hunter Douglas motorized pirouette shades from Custom Wood Shutters & Blinds. Eron and his wife Cindi, who own this business, were incredibly helpful during the selection process and I really liked that they have an physical location (that is, they aren’t selling Hunter Douglas shades out of the trunk of a car). Custom Wood Shutters has always been my go-to resource in Orange County to deliver the best custom blinds and shades. I have known the owners, Cindi and Eron, for over 20 years. They deliver 5-star quality work and fast service. All their products are top quality. They and their experienced team have always been helpful in answering my questions, and picking out the best styles and colors. This company was a pleasure to do business with. I interviewed several companies and made the right decision when I picked Custom Wood Shutters and Blinds. The salesperson helped me pick the 19 shades and drapes for my home. The owner came to measure and suggested a couple changes which were even better than our first selections and at very little change in price. They both had a good eyes for design. My husband and I have used Custom Wood Shutters & Blinds three times to design and install window treatments in our home. The first time was two years ago when we had to replace the original wood shutters in our master bedroom. The window was pretty big and we did not want to install something that was just going to fall apart as the original window treatment did. I am so happy with the way everything turned out with Custom Wood Shutters & Blinds. Cindi helped me to find just the right fabrics and colors for my condo. I get compliments all the time on how lovely each window covering looks and the quality of the product. I did not have to call to follow up with the order as I was kept informed of the progress. Eron did the measurements and installation quickly and accurately. Their customer service is amazing and they were willing to work with my schedule. I highly recommend them!!!!

I used Custom Wood Shutters for our whole house shades and shutters installation. Their technicians are always on time and professional, and their customer service support is superb. We contacted them months and years after for follow up questions and they would always provide timely response and support.
