They came very promptly to my home to measure and help me select color etc. I also needed new cellular shades for another room at the time. In late September, I ordered blinds and had set up an appointment. Unfortunately, the day before the appointment, I was informed that it would need to be cancelled. In retrospect, this should have been a red flag regarding the company's professionalism. However, I allowed them to reschedule. Mrs Long, there are so many lies and false information in this post I don’t know where to begin. We never agreed on a install date. We never promise a certain date, just a timeframe. You were told 4-6 weeks. Our salesperson that my was scheduled to come to your house for the consultation was in the hospital so I came the next day. You said it wasn’t a big deal since you didn’t have shades in your house for a year already. originally left a google review so it won’t allow me to again.. 4/6/22 update: while I originally left a 5 star rating for customer service and installation, I updated a few months after to say I would still recommend the company but not the outdoor shades. As more time has passed, the shades have gotten increasingly worse. We can not even utilize the $2,000 shades we paid for.
