Everyone at Blinded by Delight was extremely helpful and professional. I called them with a problem with one of my Hunter Douglas Roller Shades this company had not even installed. After extensive trouble shooting over the phone with them in their honest attempt to save me money, they were able to solve my problem by replacing the motor. Blinded By Delight did our windows over ten years ago when we built a house and I was extremely pleased with my window treatments. I just used them again for our new-to-us home, and the quality is excellent. Supply chain challenges aside, they are worth it. The installer was professional and focused on perfection.
