I recently had a blind installed in my house by Blinded by Delight, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The blind was made to specific measurements, and it fits perfectly. From start to finish, the experience was fast and amazing. The team was professional, efficient, and courteous, ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction. Everyone at Blinded by Delight was extremely helpful and professional. I called them with a problem with one of my Hunter Douglas Roller Shades this company had not even installed. After extensive trouble shooting over the phone with them in their honest attempt to save me money, they were able to solve my problem by replacing the motor. When the technician, Mike, came to replace the motor, he also fixed another small problem with another shade simply because he is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. Blinded By Delight did our windows over ten years ago when we built a house and I was extremely pleased with my window treatments. I just used them again for our new-to-us home, and the quality is excellent. Supply chain challenges aside, they are worth it. The installer was professional and focused on perfection. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about this company. They went over and beyond to resolve an issue I had. No need to look any further if you want honestly, great service and very nice people to work with. They did several rooms in my house and Cyndi was fantastic to work with. Mike her installer is the best. I promise you will not be disappointed.
