I worked with Marianne, the designer, at Window Trend in Kauai. She was knowledgeable and offered experienced advice in helping me on selection. The Hunter Douglas tropical shutters were the perfect choice to compliment my windows in both style and material performance.
We are repeat customers of WindowTrends and continue to be happy with their knowledge and service. Our north shore condo needed all new window treatments after we bought it and we were very happy with the range of styles and colors Mary Ann showed us. Because we vacation rent our condo when we aren’t on island, there has been some incidents where our blinds needed repair. The service staff at WindowTrends have been prompt and friendly, so we keep going back to them when we have issues or need to replace items.
Leila at Window Trends was very friendly and courteous. She helped us select the perfect shades for our home and arranged for quick delivery and installation. There was never any pressure. She responded promptly to our many questions and was genuinely interested in seeing that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend her and Window Trends.
We have used Window Trends for plantation shutters in our home. We have found them to be very professional. They listen, take careful measurements and deliver an excellent product. If there is an issue, they take care of it right away. I will certainly use them again in the future!
