I called Randy Walker Electrical for the fist time for a wiring repair. Although we are not a regular customer, they worked us in quickly. The repair was necessary and pretty much an emergency for our residents, so I never asked for an estimate. The workers who showed up we friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They completed the job quickly and had us back up and running. I have just received the bill for the repair. I am presently surprised at how reasonable their rates are. They are awful for residential! Low voltage cables (cat 5) 2 runs same box... 6.5 hours and 2 guys... Seriously? They marked off the second man; but they definitely drilled 8 holes in my header for no reason... Don't recommend for ANY residential jobs AT ALL

Very poor relation between out of town workers n home workers, didnt offer per diem for 2 people who traveled to Lexington every week for almost a year. Their guys that came to work a job on Pikeville, they got perdiem n hotel paid for. Very unfair to certain people, specially if ur not from Lexington. Dont know how to talk to employess without making them feel ignorant. Hours were good but overall company management suxks!!!!

This is the least responsive group of humans. They lie and say they will call back and never do, they set up appointments and nobody shows up.

Bad service I called and schedule appointment and they didn’t show up and I called again and they didn’t show up why are you in business
