Great selection. Person in my home was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My blinds were installed much sooner than I expected. Very impressed with product and service.
Excellent experience from start to finish. We received good suggestions from the designer visit, they were competitively priced, and are perfectly sized with a superb installation on a tricky bay window. The installed shades look and work great. I would highly recommend Viking Blinds.
I brought my elderly mom in to get her old blind repaired. Ended up ordering a new one. The gals were very kind, thoughtful and very helpful! One even gave her a bottle of water. One that was clearly meant for personal consumption as her initials were on it! Talk about sweet! I would definitely recommend the place solely on the customer service! Thanks ladies!
I’m in the process of refurnishing my Fort Myers condo following the storm surge and flooding from Hurricane Ian. My Florida designer recommended several Hunter Douglas blinds. I stopped at the Woodbury location and was fortunate to meet Ann who made time to help me understand my blind and fabric options. Ann did this knowing I was buying my blinds in Florida. This is true customer service.
From visiting the showroom to having our blinds installed everything was perfectly done. Julie came to the house and spent a few hours making sure we were happy with our selection. The installer was in and out with no issues and installed to perfection. We still have 9 windows left to go and definitely will have Julie and VIKING BLINDS back to our house. If I could give more stars I would. Support local small businesses!
