I would recommend against having this location service your blinds in any way. Overall, the Hunter Douglas brand of blinds has been a disappointment in terms of quality and reliability, as every unit has required service since we bought them. However, the real problem is with repair service - it is apparently done by one individual, who only picks up the blinds once per week. Julie was a great designer to work with! She was patient, answered all our questions and provided the best recommendations for each room in our home. She even came back with samples a second time when we wanted to make a change. Jeff communicated well on scheduling an installation date. He arrived on time and installed everything well. He took the time at the end to run through how everything worked and best care practices.

Needing just one blind, I wasn't sure what to expect when I called Viking Blinds, even with the positive reviews I'd seen. However, the woman who answered was fantastic. She readily answered my questions, invited me to their store, and thanked me for calling. Such great customer service was a welcome surprise! I'll update on the rest of my experience later.

The entire process went extremely smooth. I did an online submission and within a couple hours I was contacted and had an in-home appointment scheduled. The representative who came to our home was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the right shades for our windows. A few weeks later we were contacted to schedule the installation, that went extremely smooth. The installer did a fantastic job, and in fact helped me mount one of the shades we took off onto another window. Great group I highly recommend them.
