Julie was a great designer to work with! She was patient, answered all our questions and provided the best recommendations for each room in our home. She even came back with samples a second time when we wanted to make a change. Jeff communicated well on scheduling an installation date. He arrived on time and installed everything well. He took the time at the end to run through how everything worked and best care practices.

Needing just one blind, I wasn't sure what to expect when I called Viking Blinds, even with the positive reviews I'd seen. However, the woman who answered was fantastic. She readily answered my questions, invited me to their store, and thanked me for calling. Such great customer service was a welcome surprise! I'll update on the rest of my experience later.

Our experience with Viking Blinds was fabulous from start to finish…Ann at our initial visit at the Woodbury store, Julie at our home visit picking out what we wanted (so many choices, but she expertly helped make the process much easier) and Jeff doing the installation. We couldn’t be happier!!

We were so impressed with the employees knowledge and willingness to fix our blind instead of overselling a new one . It was returned in a timely fashion and was like new again! But if you are looking to entirely replace your window blinds , I’m so sure you would be happy with Biking as your choice!

Great design help, phenomenal service Prompt, professional, friendly. I love my blinds and plan to use Viking again in the future.
