I typically avoid big box stores but after calling this company to get a quote on their least expensive cellular blind (cordless) of $354 per blind, I scheduled an appointment with Home Depot. They came to my house within 2 days and gave me a quote of $134 for the same blind I wanted (they have a 30% off sale right now). Plus HD will install it for me and I'm eligible for a tax credit. Glad I got another quote for this.
Nancy was wonderful - came to our home and shared ideas/suggestions. She made selecting from many options very easy. She was really understanding as we determined which windows we wanted blinds on/which we didn't and gave us many different proposal versions. Process was quick. Quality of blinds is incredible, very happy with final product.
I had 3 different estimates done. Viking blinds was the best price of the three. Both Carley and Nate were a pleasure to work with. I was not happy with the Luminette blind after installation. I called them and Nate was more than willing to come out and take a look. No hassle, they ordered me another. Point is, they were more than willing to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would do business with them again. Great customer service!
Quick, easy, and efficient. The estimate and measurements were so efficient, I called back later to order and in a few weeks my blinds were in. The installation was really fast and they look great! Great product and an amazing price! Can’t wait to do more windows! Everyone I dealt with was super nice and easy to deal with!
I received a prompt response to my request for an in-home assessment/bid for blinds. Nate was extremely helpful in choosing the right shades for my place and needs. The bid included removal of old window coverings. Then the installation went smoothly and efficiently. And wow!!! I am so pleased with the choices Nate guided me to: the shades I have are absolutely perfect, beyond perfect!!!!
