We spent $2000 for two doors to be covered with shutters and I’m only halfway satisfied and here’s why: the front door was installed correctly and there’s no gap and the door on the shutter closes well; however, the back door was installed incorrectly and there’s a gap and even after they came out to “fix” it, it’s the exact same as before. We bought vertical blinds from Hunter Douglas that lasted for decades. When we replaced the great room blinds with top down/bottom up, they broke 5 times in 4 1/2 years. We bought them December 2019 and finally tossed them in July 2024. They had a life-time guarantee, and we would have to take them down and haul them to the store. The last time we were charged a fee. We moved into a house with these types of shades already in it, one of the brackets broke and they sent the replacement part for free and made it super painless and easy! I literally just sent them my house address and they’re having it shipped to me for free. So nice, customer service is so great. Would recommend to anyone!

Mark was so helpful and very patient when trying to fix some issues I had with my shutters. He spent so much time with me in the phone talking me through step by step, to make sure we got our order correct. I would definitely recommend using them.
