Mark was so helpful and very patient when trying to fix some issues I had with my shutters. He spent so much time with me in the phone talking me through step by step, to make sure we got our order correct. I would definitely recommend using them.
I recently had the pleasure to work with Mark. I had a broken slat that needed to be replaced. We had bought the blinds from Wallpaper Warehouse in ‘09 and wasn’t sure if I could get a slat. After getting the information from the track, he was on the phone with HD. He was able to order a new slat and it was delivered in less than 2 weeks. The man at Utah at Utah Blinds was very helpful in choosing style and color. Someone came to my home and measured for my new shutters on the front door side glass windows. Installation was fast the shutters fit perfectly. Very professional!
