We spent $2000 for two doors to be covered with shutters and I’m only halfway satisfied and here’s why: the front door was installed correctly and there’s no gap and the door on the shutter closes well; however, the back door was installed incorrectly and there’s a gap and even after they came out to “fix” it, it’s the exact same as before. We bought vertical blinds from Hunter Douglas that lasted for decades. When we replaced the great room blinds with top down/bottom up, they broke 5 times in 4 1/2 years. We bought them December 2019 and finally tossed them in July 2024. They had a life-time guarantee, and we would have to take them down and haul them to the store. The last time we were charged a fee. Mark was so helpful and very patient when trying to fix some issues I had with my shutters. He spent so much time with me in the phone talking me through step by step, to make sure we got our order correct. I would definitely recommend using them.

Mark Christ returned my call on a Saturday even though the business isn’t open on Saturday. I was having trouble with the PowerView software that controls our door shades. Mark helped me reinstall PowerView and proceeded to walk me through recalibration of the window shades on the problem door and taught me how to use PowerView to calibrate shades, create scenes, check battery status, and several other useful functions of the software.
