I would like to personally thank Mark Christ for the outstanding service he was able to give me on my new blinds. Not only did he install and teach me how to operate them he took his precious time to make sure everything was perfect. In these busy times we live in it’s so meaningful to have people walk their talk and he is such a fine example of truly giving service. It was a great experience. 🥰

I had some clipa broken on a hunter Douglas vertices blind. I did not think it was wanted, but found out it had a lifetime warrantee. I met with Mark at Utah blinds, he was very gracious and professional and filled out some paperwork and said it would be fixed in about 3 weeks. It came today with all the clips replaced both the broken and unbroken ones. It is like new. I am very satisfied with how I was treated. Thanks Mark and thanks Hunter Douglas
