This review is long overdue! This summer we had company arriving and foyer blind broke. Not expecting anything I took to Trend. The entire staff was SO friendly and helpful. The repaired the blind the same day. Flash forward to yesterday - throughout the years the valence clips have disappeared on our den large wood blind. I recently had a string break on one of my blinds. I don't live full-time in the area so I had a very limited window to get it fixed. Andy and his team went above and beyond to provide quality and timely service. They gave me the option of bringing the blind in myself to save time and money and even offered to Facetime me to help with the removal of the blind if I experienced any difficulty. If you're looking for top-notch, personable customer service at an affordable price, I would highly recommend Trend Window & Design.
We needed a blind repaired so we traveled from Gaylord to Traverse City to see if Trend could help us out. We were very pleased with the friendly greeting and their willingness to very quickly fix our blind right on the spot! It was a small repair but if we ever need repairs or new blinds we definitely would return to Trend Window & Design.
I can't say enough nice things about the people that run this business. Andy the owner is very knowledgeable as is the rest of his staff. If you're looking for any kind of window coverings at all I would recommend them any day of the week. We are so happy that we decided to go and talk to them about some blinds. Their prices are reasonable they're very professional and the quality is very high.
The customer service and Know-how is exceptional every time. Today they repaired my blind while I waited! This is a great small business you should consider for all your window covering needs.
