This place has awesome customer service! The gentleman named Matt that works there is phenomonal with his customers. I'm a newby with painting and decided to DIY paint my entire house, and with Matt's help on paint knowledge and colors, I'm satisfied with how it turned out just as I would if a pro did it all. They have the BEST paint brand, and Matt really did go the extra mile to make sure the paint color was exactly what I wanted. Painted Horse has just gained another lifelong customer!
I always enjoy stopping in at the painted horse in georgetown. Customer service is outstanding. Product selection for me is solid and pricing is competitive.
We are absolutely delighted with our plantation shutters from The Painted Horse! Paul came to our home to show us samples and discuss knowledgeably which brand and type shutter would match our design, function and budget needs. George and Matthew proved to be expert installers who know how to make every window imperfection disappear. The shutters are beautiful and bring in just the right amount of sunshine while giving us privacy where we need it at a reasonable price. Thank you.
Went to this location 10 till 1 to grab Some exterior regal to paint my house and as I’m walking up a gentleman is walking out of the store locking it up. I asked if he was going on break and he said no were closed. The website states that you close at 3 and he then stated they close at 1 now, even with that I was still there before 1 with my list ready to go.
