My shades were installed several months ago, I wanted to make a small length adjustment and the technician came over to make the adjustment and show me how to use the app, as well.
We purchased Hunter Douglas Power view Palm Beach polysatin shutters for all of the windows in our new town home. We had them in our Florida home and loved them. They work with Alexa and can be programmed to open and close automatically on a set schedule. Kermit and Matt from Sun Catchers were both great to work with.
