Jody did a great job explaining the different options to us and answering all our questions. And the shop has good, working displays of the various products available. We had an excellent experience, from initial estimate to final installation, each person who worked with us was knowledgeable and courteous. We love our new blinds!

Great experience, great product, great value! I'm very glad to have found Jody and Jim and their team. I've got skylights about 15' up, and no one (besides Smart Shades) would help me with motorized shades. Very happy with the service I've received and am comfortable that the Hunter-Douglas shades I got will last me for a long time.
Jody gives great advice and is an expert color matcher. She listened to my needs for four different rooms and explained and showed me several options for each. I appreciated how she advised the product that would work best in each room--which was not always the most expensive one. Jody made it very easy to get new Hunter Douglas blinds. She was efficient in scheduling my in-home appointment and was able to find a close match to my other, existing non-Hunter Douglas shades. She provided an accurate timeline of delivery and installation. I’ll certainly contact Jody when I need additional new shades.
