Jody did a great job explaining the different options to us and answering all our questions. And the shop has good, working displays of the various products available. We had an excellent experience, from initial estimate to final installation, each person who worked with us was knowledgeable and courteous. We love our new blinds!
I really appreciated Jody’s expertise and support! She showed me options that exactly fit my needs and were within my budget — no “upselling”, which I had experienced at another store. The selection process was focused and efficient. Jim arrived right on time to install and did a careful, excellent job. I highly recommend Smart Shades!
Jody gives great advice and is an expert color matcher. She listened to my needs for four different rooms and explained and showed me several options for each. I appreciated how she advised the product that would work best in each room--which was not always the most expensive one. Great experience, great product, great value! I'm very glad to have found Jody and Jim and their team. I've got skylights about 15' up, and no one (besides Smart Shades) would help me with motorized shades. Very happy with the service I've received and am comfortable that the Hunter-Douglas shades I got will last me for a long time.
