JOKE!! called and spoke to a new female answering the phones, and she has NO IDEA what she is doing. I was told to call and get help but this person is not a shutter person, barely a customer service rep. Could not explain the product correctly, break down a base price structure, or help with any basic questions regarding construction other that it is tariff free and from Mexico.
