My experience with Janovic 84th street was outstanding. The staff I worked with were professional, courteous, and dedicated. They were very eager to please and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I would like to give special accolades to Roberta Levine, who is the Design and Decor Manager at Janovic NYC. Her knowledge, expertise, and talent was exemplified by her staff. Janovic should be proud to have a valuable superstar who exceeds expectations, Roberta Levine.

Very satisfied with my purchases, 5 honeycomb shades and a luminette blind for large living room window. Customer service at Upper Eastside store on 3rd Avenue was excellent. Katherine and Maria were knowledgeable and very helpful and installer Vlad did an excellent job of installing all the products.

I recently bought Hunter Douglas window shades and blinds from the Janovic store at 1491 3rd Avenue, NYC. I had the best experience. Lizette Edwards helped me. She was excellent. Lizette showed great product knowledge, was very patient and had incredible follow thru. Everything was delivered and installed earlier than expected.
