The whole process from consulting, selecting, and installing was seamless. I highly recommend Janovic at W. 72nd Street and the entire crew.

We had a wonderful experience working with Phillip for window treatments for our new home. He is a great listener, highly professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, caring, he really meant to serve us well and did serve us well. I dealt with Phillip at the Janovic store on third Avenue downtown, and he was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The job was to replace my Hunter Douglas motorized shades, which finally gave out after about 20 years. We needed to consider whether I should go to a corded version or stick with motorized, which are considerably more expensive relatively. Working with Janovic Plaza for my blinds was a wonderful experience. From purchasing to installation was easy and professional. Everything went very smoothly.
