I'm very pleased with my new blinds from Janovic Upper West Side. I initiated the process by requesting (via the website) an at-home design consultation and very quickly had an appointment with Philip-John Puzzo. He listened carefully to my ideas, showed me some color samples, and presented several options. Carina B. Was extremely helpful in helping me select the color of our shades and in scheduling the measurements of our windows and installation. Everyone showed up on the time and date as scheduled. The whole process from consulting, selecting, and installing was seamless. I highly recommend Janovic at W. 72nd Street and the entire crew.

We had a wonderful experience working with Phillip for window treatments for our new home. He is a great listener, highly professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, caring, he really meant to serve us well and did serve us well. He provided us great options based upon our wishes and requirements; we absolutely never felt any pressure to buy more expensive products. I dealt with Phillip at the Janovic store on third Avenue downtown, and he was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The job was to replace my Hunter Douglas motorized shades, which finally gave out after about 20 years. We needed to consider whether I should go to a corded version or stick with motorized, which are considerably more expensive relatively.
