We had a wonderful experience working with Phillip for window treatments for our new home. He is a great listener, highly professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, caring, he really meant to serve us well and did serve us well. I dealt with Phillip at the Janovic store on third Avenue downtown, and he was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The job was to replace my Hunter Douglas motorized shades, which finally gave out after about 20 years. We needed to consider whether I should go to a corded version or stick with motorized, which are considerably more expensive relatively. Working with Janovic Plaza for my blinds was a wonderful experience. From purchasing to installation was easy and professional. Everything went very smoothly. Phillip was extremely helpful with our order and Orbin installed them without any issues. I would highly recommend Janovic Plaza if you need blinds!
Phillip and the whole Janovic team were wonderful to work with. They came immediately to measure our spaces, provided us with paper shades while we awaited delivery of our Hunter Douglas rollers, and Vlad came twice to install as the boxes arrived. They could not have been more accommodating. As a family making an international move, I couldn’t recommend Janovic more highly.
