We had a wonderful experience working with Phillip for window treatments for our new home. He is a great listener, highly professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, caring, he really meant to serve us well and did serve us well. I dealt with Phillip at the Janovic store on third Avenue downtown, and he was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The job was to replace my Hunter Douglas motorized shades, which finally gave out after about 20 years. We needed to consider whether I should go to a corded version or stick with motorized, which are considerably more expensive relatively. Working with Janovic Plaza for my blinds was a wonderful experience. From purchasing to installation was easy and professional. Everything went very smoothly. Phillip was extremely helpful with our order and Orbin installed them without any issues. I would highly recommend Janovic Plaza if you need blinds!
We started out with blinds in both our bedrooms and loved them so much we ended up ordering blinds for the remaining windows in our apartment. Phillip was great in helping us pick out something in our price range that would look great in our apartment. Everything was seamless and quick.
