The entire experience was professional. Having one of the owners do the estimate in my home, allowed him to understand my needs for blocking the sun, especially in my western facing windows. They installed 15 blinds in my home taking about 3 hours. The install was also done by one of the owners, Jeff, which was wonderful not having complete strangers in my home. I cannot speak more highly of my whole experience and the beauty of the product.
Brought in some Bali shades for repair. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. Rachel and her mom were so kind. They were very thorough and transparent with their estimate and the shades came out working perfectly. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future.
I had no idea what I was looking for and Jeff was happy to spend time with me figuring out which shade, color, style, opening mechanism, etc to select!! I couldn’t be happier with my new shades and had him and his team come out again last month to cover a couple more windows! Great eye, great service, and really nice people. Highly recommend!
Denora always answers her phone and delivers as promised. We have been very happy with the blinds she has installed in our home and the service needed after the sale.
During the ordering process we felt heard and respected. They had exactly what we were looking for. Lots of variety and options to choose from. No up sell pressure. The product we received was just what we ordered and wanted. The wait time for the shades was reasonable and the installation went quick and easy. Donora and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. This is our second time working with them and we would certainly work with them again.
