We had a good experience with Rebarts. They helped advise us on what kind of shades to install that would work in our space. They were very prompt with communication and the installation was done well. The only drawback was that we had to wait awhile to get the shades installed, and one of them needed a motor replaced due to a manufacturing issue.
Great experience with measurement, install and follow up, even to remake/correct something to make sure it looked perfect. It was refreshing to always speak with someone familiar with the project to problem solve rather than an 800 number phone tree.
I love my new blinds! Oscar was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He also was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which was a plus as well. I’m a happy customer!
Rebarts did a beautiful job creating and installing a custom sized blackout shade for a skylight. It's solar powered and remote controlled, and it looks and works perfectly. Highly recommend!
A couple of days after installation of multiple blinds from a Hunter Douglas dealer, that company went out of business and would not respond to some product issues. HD put me in touch with Rebarts, and despite having no obligation to me, Rebarts took on the whole situation and worked diligently to get things corrected and fixed to my satisfaction.
