I've been using Rebarts for 11 years. They have the BEST customer service and really stand behind their product. We used one of their products in an unusually use case (outside) and they got creative in solving our need and replace a part even though it wasn't designed for outdoor use. It's now been working fantastic for 3 years. They also replaced a HunterDouglas shade they installed 10 years and did all the coordination with Hunter Douglas for us. Rebarts was able to come up with a shade for a hard to reach skylight. Great installation. We were able to use an existing controller. too.

We had a good experience with Rebarts. They helped advise us on what kind of shades to install that would work in our space. They were very prompt with communication and the installation was done well. The only drawback was that we had to wait awhile to get the shades installed, and one of them needed a motor replaced due to a manufacturing issue.

Nice showroom in Burlingame, in-home design appointment, friendly knowledgeable staff, installers arrived on time and finished early, good quality products, we love the motorized blinds with phone control!

We are so pleased with the duette honeycomb cellular shades that we ordered from Rebarts. They look clean and modern and have really made a difference in controlling the climate in the house. Rebarts was great to work with and did a wonderful job from sales through installation. We highly recommend this business.
