5 Star service at this shop. Had an issue with our transmission that was supposed to be covered by our warranty but due to other issues with the dealership, we were expecting problems having the warranty company pay for it. David was more than helpful with us in having the warranty company pay their share. He went out of his way to speak with them for us and make sure they paid the most possible. We still ended up paying a percentage of the cost but without him and what he did, I have no doubt we would have paid so much more... read more

First of all I want to say the staff was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. My car sat there for 5 days (3 business days) for them to tell me it was $500 to fix a wire. I trusted them and a week later my car stopped working again. I took it to another shop and all it needed was for the battery to be replaced. I’m not even sure there was anything wrong with the wiring, and the didn’t fix the main issue! Again I do want to say the staff was great but I am very frustrated and disappointed.

It’s been tough to find places that will work on a 1980s truck, but Powers was up for it. David Powers was informative and presumed competence with me as he was explaining things. He was explaining a repair and said “you know all this.” I didn’t know it and it was so refreshing! They noticed a few small things on my truck and repaired them. I appreciate them so much!

The differential went out on my car and they got it towed ordered and installed quickly. Very thankful for their expertise. Will always go there with any major issue with my car. They are always courteous and do great job
