My son had his car towed there last Thursday afternoon for a transmission diagnostic. I called the next day to check the status, and was told the diagnostic would be completed on Monday. On Monday afternoon, David validated a transmission issue and quoted between $4,000–$6,000 for the repair. I told David I would contact him the next day to discuss a plan. I came here because I assumed something was off with my transmission. When they looked at my vehicle they determined it was a broke axel and they got it taken care of. They did Excellent work, they even got my vehicle towed to the shop. David was particularly helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone going here. This is the second time my grandmothers car has been to powers in the last year and this time it has been there 11 almost 12 weeks. They “fixed” the vehicle then it broke down again it was on them. They took it back in because they were supposed to fix it and it has not been touched. They called to check on the car and the receptionist told them the car wasn’t even there. **DO NOT USE*** Took my vehicle here in spite of hearing multiple complaints when mentioning this shop. Began seeing the racketeering scheme and decided not to continue. Endless upcharges, diagnostic fees and an unsure mechanic means youre in for a huge bill. The small guy david gave a run around when i was trying to pay. Ended with me calling the sheriff's office. Save your money and go somewhere you can trust.

My experience at this location was not optimal. To start they made me sign a blank work order before they started the work which after they filled in I had no access to. Very shady to eliminate customer comments. While my daughter’s vehicle was there it obtained a dent in the right rear bedside. I was unable to notate this on the invoice due to the above shadiness.
