I recently purchased a car. Only issue I had was transmission problems. My car sat at this shop for a total of 11 days. Throughout the process I had to call them to get updates about my vehicle they never reached out until the last day and that was to tell me my car was “fixed” and was ready for pickup. MY CAR DRIVES WORSE THAN IT DID WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE AND IT WAS FILTHY AND IT STUNK. Now my car is going to another shop to correct an issue they never corrected‼️

Took my car to Powers thinking it needed a new transmission, after checking it they found the transmission to be fine. It did need a couple other parts replaced, which they did. I highly recommend them for ANY repairs you may need. I give them 5 stars for being: reliable, courteous, thorough, transparent, fast and reasonably priced. You just can’t beat that!!

After a complete and thorough scan of my vehicle, there was a complete transmission rebuild and shocks and struts replacement for a VERY reasonable price. David and his team were more than excellent with customer service and I was overly impressed with how David made sure that my vehicle would be done thoroughly and correctly without breaking the bank.
