RecommendedWent in to have them order in a stick turner for my blinds that needed to be super long for a stairwell, which isn't typically sold in a blinds store, and even though they didn't carry the blind brand anymore they were able to order me TWO sticks in at no charge, shipping directly to my house! GREAT customer service!!!
