Update 3/2025: I was so impressed with the first round of drapery that I had my daughter’s room done, too! The custom pink blackout curtains and hardware are perfect. Drapery 1/2025: Jayne is the absolute, hands down, best custom drapery designer in California. She listened to my wants (black out curtains for nursery (she worked with my on my paint colors so the drapery tied in perfect!), and drapery for rest of home), I had a strict budget, and she worked within the confines of that to deliver truly beautiful products! I am 100% satisfied with my entire experience with this company! They are pros- especially Stephanie. Her knowledge, availability and design advice was super helpful. I’m a total novice when it comes to window coverings and Stephanie’s help and advice was amazing. With her help, I chose these woven wood blinds with the light blocking cellulars behind them. Pacific shutters is my go to technicians and advice experts on my hunter Douglas blinds. When one of them stopped working correctly, I texted and sent a photo to ask about repairing it. Based on Stephanie‘s advice, I took it out myself and brought it into their shop, saving myself lots of money from having a technician come out. They fixed it within a weeks’ time, and I was easily able to put it Back into the brackets myself. Wonderful service. Will certainly use in the future as well.

We moved to Oceanside a few months ago; wanted to duplicate our Hunter Douglas shades we previously bought for our home in Denver. Pacific Shutters came out in a timely manner, viewed our French doors & advised us to purchase roller shades which we’d never had before. They came out with lots of samples which assured us we were making the right shade choices along with the right colors for our home.
