I’ve purchased Hunter Douglas roller shades from Jayne twice. She is so artistic and helpful in choosing materials, colors, etc. My living room has neutral yet elegant automated blinds, and my master blinds have a manual chain. Brad is excellent at installing and repairing them as needed. He’s such a patient teacher. I highly recommend Pacific! You won’t be sorry you made this investment in your home!

Pacific Shades & Shutters (Teri) greatly helped me get one of our large Hunter Douglas motorized shades repaired and back in service. The shade was still in perfect condition except that the motor stopped working. They got me a new no-charge warranty replacement motor, installed it, and I had the shade back in service very quickly. I was very happy with their competent, responsive and friendly service.
