I am 100% satisfied with my entire experience with this company! They are pros- especially Stephanie. Her knowledge, availability and design advice was super helpful. Stephanie & Bob were great to work with. Stephanie explained the different options and helped us pick the style and color. She and Bob came out to measure every window. They waited until our new windows were installed and then scheduled installation for a time convenient to us. Brad, their installer, did a great job. He came when scheduled and was in and out quickly, but thoroughly. Perfect from start to finish! We walked into Pacific Shutters and Shades' showroom unannounced and without an appointment. Stephanie met us and kindly walked us through the entirety of our available options. We wanted to replace the ancient window treatment in our master bedroom with something that was pleasing to the eye, blocked out the early morning light and could be operated remotely. We got all of this in less time and cost and more quickly that expected! On top of that, the showroom staff, owners and the installer were a joy to work with. I wish that more of my business experiences went so well.
