Stephanie made choosing blinds among all the selections a smooth and pleasant experience. We weren’t sure what we wanted but the showroom and samples and Stephanie’s years of experience helped us find a great fit. Installer Bradley was quick, efficient, and professional. Pacific Shades & Shutters (Teri) greatly helped me get one of our large Hunter Douglas motorized shades repaired and back in service. The shade was still in perfect condition except that the motor stopped working. They got me a new no-charge warranty replacement motor, installed it, and I had the shade back in service very quickly. I was very happy with their competent, responsive and friendly service.
I am 100% satisfied with my entire experience with this company! They are pros- especially Stephanie. Her knowledge, availability and design advice was super helpful.
