Update 3/2025: I was so impressed with the first round of drapery that I had my daughter’s room done, too! The custom pink blackout curtains and hardware are perfect. Drapery 1/2025: Jayne is the absolute, hands down, best custom drapery designer in California. She listened to my wants (black out curtains for nursery (she worked with my on my paint colors so the drapery tied in perfect!), and drapery for rest of home), I had a strict budget, and she worked within the confines of that to deliver truly beautiful products! Had a really great experience w Pacific Shutters and Shades. Jayne came out and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and diligent in showing us all of our potential options for roller shades in our family room. We were so comfortable with her that we cancelled our last two appointments and ordered the shades from her on the spot. I am 100% satisfied with my entire experience with this company! They are pros- especially Stephanie. Her knowledge, availability and design advice was super helpful. I’m a total novice when it comes to window coverings and Stephanie’s help and advice was amazing. With her help, I chose these woven wood blinds with the light blocking cellulars behind them.
