Update 3/2025: I was so impressed with the first round of drapery that I had my daughter’s room done, too! The custom pink blackout curtains and hardware are perfect. Drapery 1/2025: Jayne is the absolute, hands down, best custom drapery designer in California. We moved to Oceanside a few months ago; wanted to duplicate our Hunter Douglas shades we previously bought for our home in Denver. Pacific Shutters & Shades are vey professional and efficient to deal with. No hassles because they are competent. I work with Jayne but I know everyone there is highly knowledgeable about window coverings. I consider them the OG shade, drape,,and shutter store. You can trust them to be honest. They don’t over-sell and pressure you. Their pricing is very reasonable and competitive. I know because I checked. I highly recommend to my family and friends.
Stephanie, the owner, is knowledgeable and very personable. Her professional approach to helping me resolve an issue with my blinds was extremely helpful. She had the parts I needed in a couple days. I really appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile to educate me on what products I have and the parts I needed to repair them. Highly recommend her business to anyone needing shutters or blinds. Clean and organized showroom, too.
I was extremely pleased with Pacific Shutters and Shades and working with Stephanie and everyone associated with this business! From the visit to the showroom to the measurement and installation this is a 5 star business!! The Shades came out better than I could imagine and the remote control of the solar control system makes these shades top tier!!
