I called, and they came out same day. Aside from the price, the service was great and the repair was quick! Clinton, my technician, was thorough and knowledgeable. I had him give me a mini crash course in plumbing and he didnt mind it at all. I needed it done correctly and thats exactly what happened.

Deacon came out on a rainy Saturday morning to fix my clogged drains/pipes. He fixed everything quickly and was kind and helpful and explained the process every step of the way. Deacon and On Point Plumbing have made me a customer for life! I highly recommend them.
We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes).
