I cannot say enough good things about Zack at On Point Plumbing. He truly went above and beyond during a very stressful plumbing emergency. He was professional, polite, respectful, and took the time to actually listen to everything I had to say before responding — which is rare these days. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Zach. We had a lot of unexpected twists and turns in our plumbing repair that were no fault of his (previous remodel done incorrectly), and he was so great at talking us through things, explaining the next steps and his approach, and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. He gave us some much needed assurance during a really stressful situation, and we highly recommend him and the whole team at On Point Plumbing!
On Point Plumbing has an amazing service. The person who helped set up the appointment was very patient and understanding to my toilet leak problem. The person who came to help fix the toilet was Deacon and he did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable and taught me about my toilet leak problem. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants excellent service!
Zach has been fantastic to work with! He does very thorough work and he is very knowledgeable. I have appreciated his work ethic and integrity throughout the process while we work through various plumbing issues at our home. Also appreciate Deacon and his willingness to come and help expedite the repairs.
We replaced our water heater and 2 toilets. Zach did a great job. We’ve used All Point Plumbing 3 times and have been extremely satisfied with the work. These guys know their stuff and they take their time, they also explain everything to you when they’re finished - awesome job!:
