Clinton did a fantastic job repairing our leaking toilet and re-seating it. He explained the process and showed me each thing he was doing. He was honest about what didn’t need to be replaced. Clinton kept the area clear so we could move through the house and cleaned up beautifully afterward. He even checked out our hot water heater and told me how to flush it. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Had a great experience with our technician Zack! Our appointment was scheduled between two and five and he actually was able to make it there early! He took one look at our clogged sink and knew exactly what the problem was. He even told us how to fix it ourselves instead of charging us an insane amount of money to have an easy problem fixed we could do ourselves.

I am very pleased with the work that Zach from On Point Plumbing did today. He replaced my water heater and brought several things up to city code standards. He did a very thorough job. We are pleased with the work! I am definitely using On Point Plumbing in the future.
