Very friendly and helpful. Monica was knowledgeable. Quality products. Friendly and efficient installation by Scott. One shade was broken but they ordered a new one and installed it. Still waiting for the Hunter Douglas rebate though.

The process was so easy. We knew the product we wanted. They came out to the house-a considerable distance. Measurements were taken, and there was a discussion about how to handle an oddly placed window. The price was made known. We ordered and then an appointment for installation was made. The installation was quick and easy. And we love the blinds. Hunter Douglas improved the handle design making them even easier to operate. Excellent selection of window shades, highly accessible store location and store hours and most of all a highly talented staff to guide you through the process of choosing window shades that will be perfect for your room. I absolutely love the new look of my room. And professional but friendly staff.
Very professional. Both people who came out to our home were very knowledgeable and helped to pick the best window treatment for our home. Our blinds came in very quickly and install was a breeze. Highly recommend.
Very professional. One blind came damaged and they replaced it promptly. They were on top of it! No complaints.
