My son sees Angela Ballard and she is wonderful. Always answers my questions, appointments are expedient, we are never left waiting for extended persons of time. I have also seen Kris and she is also amazing. We love this office. I have been to others in the area and had poor experiences.
There’s not enough stars on here to accurately rate the exceptional service and helpfulness I experienced from the receptionist Sabrina and my nurse Audrey during my visit today. The warmth and kindness they demonstrated really made my visit to a doctors office less stressful and almost comforting ( which is not always the case at a doctors office ). Just truly wonderful people in my opinion and great at what they do.
The provider Angela was knowledgeable, and the Nurse Audrey was professional, and the fastest tablet typer I've ever seen. All kiding aside, they made an uncomfortable skin issue bearable in a professional and kind manner (give Audrey a raise!)
My 16 year old was seen in London and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued and heard!! Thank you for 5 star care!!
All very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Going to the Dr wouldn't so bad if everywhere was like this place
