I was very disappointed by my visit here. I don't know if the care I received was because I was just a simple diagnostic visit rather than a cosmetic procedure, or because the VA was paying for it, or if that's just their SOP. My appointment started 40 minutes late and the doctor was in the room literally 2 minutes. I was in to be seen for skin irritation under my bra line. The ladies up front were the sweetest, kindest, and most welcoming individuals. (Sabrina and Emily) It was extremely busy and I kept commenting to my son on how wonderful they were treating everyone. Taylor S. and the doctor that seen me was extremely helpful and kind! I’m so impressed!
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been a patient at the London office for years and have been seen by the same doctor, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I had a flare-up and was hoping to get in sooner, so I called four times to speak with someone at the London office. One time, I explained that I needed to discuss my prescribed medication, and the receptionist sent me to the nurse's voicemail, which was completely unhelpful. Sarina at check-in is the most efficient office staff I’ve ever seen. She’s like a well-oiled machine. And the providers in the back are knowledgeable and can get the job done well on the first visit. Highly recommend this team of providers.
I was recently seen at this facility and have interacted twice with Kris. I write this review to commend Kris Moghadamian who was the PA-C who assisted me. Kris was very professional and very kind. She has a nice way of caring and it showed. Most of the clinical staff are hurried and aloof. Thank you Kris for your professionalism and caring.
