My son sees Angela Ballard and she is wonderful. Always answers my questions, appointments are expedient, we are never left waiting for extended persons of time. I have also seen Kris and she is also amazing. We love this office. I have been to others in the area and had poor experiences.

The provider Angela was knowledgeable, and the Nurse Audrey was professional, and the fastest tablet typer I've ever seen. All kiding aside, they made an uncomfortable skin issue bearable in a professional and kind manner (give Audrey a raise!)
Seen Caleb Rowe PA at the London office regarding a wart on my finger, first time he froze it went perfect. Second time I went, had to point it out to him, then he proceeded to not even freeze it. Froze my finger about half an inch above it, complete missing it. Didn’t realize until hours later after the blister formed. Contacted the office to see if they would work me in the next day to fix the mistake and they couldn’t (don’t do dermatology on Thursdays). Great staff and care. My providers have been Angela Ballard and Ashley Sutton . My nurse was Audrey. Great and caring staff. Very knowledgeable.
