There’s not enough stars on here to accurately rate the exceptional service and helpfulness I experienced from the receptionist Sabrina and my nurse Audrey during my visit today. The warmth and kindness they demonstrated really made my visit to a doctors office less stressful and almost comforting ( which is not always the case at a doctors office ). Just truly wonderful people in my opinion and great at what they do.
The receptionist, Sabrina, was cheerful, organized, and pleasant with everyone coming onto the office. It was a very busy time, since they just opened after their lunch break. Once back in the room I had a very efficient experience. They took only 15-20 minutes to evaluate my problems, make a plan of treatment, and provide that treatment.
This is John Shelton and my Dr. Kris with Modern Dermatology in London, Ky has the best staff. The receptionist Sabanna and nurse Mallayla are exceptional! They are both very personable. Dr. Kris is also the best dermatologist and takes care of my concerns!!
Staff was professional and friendly!! They made me feel as if I had known them forever. It was also great to be greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from Sabrina at the front desk, each office visit.
Went got spots removed well was supposed to! She came in with some freeze stuff and just said it should fall off now. I could have went to Walmart got freeze away and did a better job myself at home because it is still there!! They charged my insurance company I paid my 40 co-payment now they are wanting me to pay my money I will not pay them more they are crazy and not even worth seeing at that!!
