If you are looking for a place to take an infant or child for ear piercings, I highly recommend Modern Dermatology (London, Ky). Sabrina the receptionist was astute & friendly, the wait time was minimal. Audrey my daughter’s nurse numbed her ears so she wouldn’t feel any pain; she was informative, caring, and assisted Kris the provider who was diligent and patient in making sure to address any questions or concerns I had before the piercing. Was prepared to give a good review because the visit went well. I liked the doctor and he seemed to care, but I left the clinic and they never sent in my medication. I’ve called for 3 days now and the nurses line automatically goes to voicemail and the front office staff refuses to help. All they will do is transfer to the nurses line that don’t answer nor call people back… I bet they bill my insurance for the visit though!
I had my first appointment here this morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. My concerns were addressed and the nurse went above and beyond with suggestions and advice. I am happy I was referred here!
Dr. Roth and his assistant Audrey are both very compassionate and genuinely care about their patients. They always go the extra mile. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none.
The entire team was so polite and professional. The front desk was knowledgeable and got all my anticipated insurance coverage information in advance. The clinical team was kind and informative. Got my husband scheduled when I left as well. 😊
