If you are looking for a place to take an infant or child for ear piercings, I highly recommend Modern Dermatology (London, Ky). Sabrina the receptionist was astute & friendly, the wait time was minimal. Audrey my daughter’s nurse numbed her ears so she wouldn’t feel any pain; she was informative, caring, and assisted Kris the provider who was diligent and patient in making sure to address any questions or concerns I had before the piercing. So I called for 2 weeks to get results of a cancer screening biopsy, also medication questions as it was a biologic and was not able to get anyone to speak to me. Breanna up front was EXTREMELY RUDE and said nurses left at 3 even though place closed at 5. I then asked, can you have someone call me? I had my first appointment here this morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. My concerns were addressed and the nurse went above and beyond with suggestions and advice. I am happy I was referred here!
Was prepared to give a good review because the visit went well. I liked the doctor and he seemed to care, but I left the clinic and they never sent in my medication. I’ve called for 3 days now and the nurses line automatically goes to voicemail and the front office staff refuses to help. All they will do is transfer to the nurses line that don’t answer nor call people back… I bet they bill my insurance for the visit though!
Audrey and Rebecca were great! Kris was very understanding. They were very quick and hopefully took care of my issues!
