I love Dr. Roth. He has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is always courteous and compassionate. I would never go to anyone else! Audrey is very sweet. She does a great job and is always wonderful. I love this team ❤️
The staff at modern dermatology was really really nice. I have seen Alex two times and Dr. Roth today. Did mean no good at all. I have a severe fungal infection that no doctor will take seriously. He said he can’t do anything about the internal part of it and I understand that, but he made me nervous and I forgot about the rest of the things I needed to tell him, That he could’ve helped me with. If you are looking for a place to take an infant or child for ear piercings, I highly recommend Modern Dermatology (London, Ky). Sabrina the receptionist was astute & friendly, the wait time was minimal. Audrey my daughter’s nurse numbed her ears so she wouldn’t feel any pain; she was informative, caring, and assisted Kris the provider who was diligent and patient in making sure to address any questions or concerns I had before the piercing. I had my first appointment here this morning and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. My concerns were addressed and the nurse went above and beyond with suggestions and advice. I am happy I was referred here!
Was prepared to give a good review because the visit went well. I liked the doctor and he seemed to care, but I left the clinic and they never sent in my medication. I’ve called for 3 days now and the nurses line automatically goes to voicemail and the front office staff refuses to help. All they will do is transfer to the nurses line that don’t answer nor call people back… I bet they bill my insurance for the visit though!
