I love Dr. Roth. He has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is always courteous and compassionate. I would never go to anyone else! Audrey is very sweet. She does a great job and is always wonderful. I love this team ❤️
If you are looking for a place to take an infant or child for ear piercings, I highly recommend Modern Dermatology (London, Ky). Sabrina the receptionist was astute & friendly, the wait time was minimal. Audrey my daughter’s nurse numbed her ears so she wouldn’t feel any pain; she was informative, caring, and assisted Kris the provider who was diligent and patient in making sure to address any questions or concerns I had before the piercing. Was prepared to give a good review because the visit went well. I liked the doctor and he seemed to care, but I left the clinic and they never sent in my medication. I’ve called for 3 days now and the nurses line automatically goes to voicemail and the front office staff refuses to help. All they will do is transfer to the nurses line that don’t answer nor call people back… I bet they bill my insurance for the visit though!
Emily at the London dermatologist is fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure that my request was met. You need to give her a raise or something to promote this woman. Thank you and do anything you can to keep Emily. She is a asset to your Clinic
Dr. Roth and his assistant Audrey are both very compassionate and genuinely care about their patients. They always go the extra mile. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none.
