This is where I have been attending since my junior year of high school. While my first appointment went smoothly, my second did not. When I was just eighteen, Ballard treated me extremely badly. She was upset because a particular drug was not covered by my insurance. When I didn't reschedule sooner, she became irate, although she never instructed me to. Great service for me today! I was able to get my appointment scheduled really fast and not a long wait! The bedside manner of the staff was great! Noah and Jamie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and Ragan is so knowledgeable and takes great care of me everytime I have been here. Highly recommend!!
I was diagnosed with prurigo nodularis, the Dr had done blood test I have no idea what the test were or the results. Never did any skin scraping test but prescribed me with dupixent which is a shot to be done every 2 weeks. I missed one appointment mind you I'm a single parent household with 3 young children and I work but when I called to reschedule the receptionist was extremely rude and told me they wouldn't reschedule me for a year, I asked her how will I get my medicine being that it has to be reordered to be mailed to ... read more
After two weeks from visiting the office I still haven’t been able to get refills for my medication. Every time I call the voicemail box takes the message and states within 48 business hours I’ll get a call back. Nothing. I’ve called nearly everyday since last week. Online messaging from the website. Works great. Got my initial “somebody will get back to you shortly” message. Nothing else since. Awesome experience! Ragan is so good at what she does, I didn’t even know she got started until she was already stitching me up. Her assistant Aubree was amazing at making me feel comfortable when she was numbing the area for surgery. Highly recommend these 2 at Modem Dermatology in Richmond. Very satisfied!
